Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We wish could. Unfortunately once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it because we ship quickly as possible.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours Monday through Friday.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Here is more detail.

What shipping providers do you use?

Our goal is to fulfill your order as soon and affordably as possible. To achieve this, we many shipping providers.

My package was lost, stolen, or damaged

Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will resolve the problem.

Returns & Exchanges

What's the return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, use the returns feature within the Revatek store. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To start a return, use the returns feature within the Revatek store.

How to submit a return request

Click the profile icon in our store's navigation and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
A. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
B. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
C. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and accepted, you receive a refund.

I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?

Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Once received, it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone and passed inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
