Support & Warranties
Operations Concluded:
Following the formal dissolution of the corporate entity, all customer support, technical troubleshooting, hardware replacements, and warranty services have terminated. There is no active entity or support team available to service past products or manage accounts.
Product Status:
- Technical Support: Unmonitored. No responses will be provided to incoming support emails or messages.
- Revatek Connect / Online Services: All active cloud infrastructure and connected monitoring services have been permanently discontinued.
- Documentation: The archival technology has been left open-source for the community (link below).
